Incredibly nice staff. Exceptionally comfortable place. Satisfactory breakfast. Fabulous food. Impeccably clean and airy unit with bidet, bath, and coffee.

Parking good and the food was also good. Very pleasant staff and the room was very comfortable as it was just an overnight stay on our journey.

Very helpful staff. No trouble in having a secure place for a bike.

the location was unbeatable, next to the monastery on the top of the nearby mountain, old city center and the centre of town and easily accessible. it also was to barcelona airport. there were a laptop safe, central heating and an electronic key card in the room, truly enjoyed that. the breakfast offered a huge variety of outstanding meals.

The staff were very helpfull. Having access to the internet was a very good facility.

The room was neat and the bed was very clean. the bathroom provided a hairdryer, bath sheets, and a bidet. the location of the hotel was perfect and close to the Eiffel Tower Viewing Deck.

Location: the hotel was near to the monastery on the top of the nearby mountain, and nearby bars & restaurants. The staff was amiable and very pleasant, the food was fabulous at reasonable prices...

The hotel's location was perfect, close to Barcelona airport, and my double room had convenient amenities like an electric kettle, a safe, and climate control.

Walking into the town for a meal in the evening.

The price was excellent for two of us to stay on a Saturday night. We had a litre of wine and a half litre of water from the bar in the evening, and it only came to €6! The staff were friendly and courteous, although it took a little while for someone to turn up to check us in. The shower took some minutes to get up to temperature, but once it did, it was beautifully hot and powerful. One small gripe, which is similar to most hotels at both ends of the price scale. The lighting in the room was really poor, which makes it a bit of a gamble applying make-up before going out!

The location was incredible, adjacent to Spain and restaurants. Our rooms were large and had a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean. The hotel location is very close the city entrance, two minutes from C-16. The hotel restaurant is OK

Very convenient placement at the entrance to the town of Berga, so it still has 'look-into-the-green-views' but is already close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, children's playground, pharmacy, etc. Meals in the restaurant are ok.

The spatial distribution of the beds in the family room (2+2) could have been better. We had to turn them all around ;-d
